The guys were quick, professional and careful. I was impressed that they were finished with my move earlier than scheduled from one 3 flight apartment to another 3 flight apartment!.... I will be using them again and referring them to others!

I’ve been using these guys over the years. I recently had them pack my moms stuff and store it fir a few weeks until her retirement place was ready to move into. They did a fine job of packing and organizing. They brought her items back without a scratch. Very careful and thoughtful movers. Some of the tricks these guys know about moving is incredible. Definitely a 5 star company.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟One of the easiest moves I’ve had so far. Thank god for Tristate moving. My family is relieved since we stressed up to this day because we had so much stuff. We had accumulated so much over the past 10 years. Tristate helped sort and pack then on the day of the move they moved everything properly. I’m glad I had a great team. This by far was the best experience I have ever had with moving. They made this easy for me and my husband who cannot do anymore moving ourselves. I called for a estimate and the people who work at the office explained everything to me from their pricing system to the actual move day. We have a baby grand piano and this has been in my family for a long time. I was really worried bout who will move it. Tristate handled it like it was nothing. The guys were real professionals in wrapping all of our antiques and furniture items. They broke down our beds and put them back together. The price was more than reasonable for a full service move. I will tell my sister to move with them in spring when she has to move. Definitely a A+ service for sure. Thank you.

I’m an older single women and lived in the same house for 33 years. Over the years I have accumulated so much. I tried downsizing but at my age it was a hard task. I spoke to a gentleman from this company who went over my needs and he tailored a move that fit everything I needed from packing, dumping, storage and my move to a smaller location. The crew showed up on time. The boys were so respectful and polite! They knew exactly what to do to a point that I didn’t even bother them. That’s a lot of help for someone my age. This company was highly recommended by my realtor so I’m glad I went with them. I will be calling them for my move to Florida next year.

I love the way the guys paid attention to detail. Price was very reasonable even though it was peak moving season. Baby grand piano.. No problem. My las movers were not nearly as knowledgeable as these guy's. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I could not have been happier hiring Tri-State Moving and Storage. In the middle of COVID_19, I had to move across the country while not being at home. Tri-State worked with me through the whole process. They professionally packed all of my items – especially fragile items such as art or expensive furniture – and moved it in their vehicle to their storage facility where they transferred it to a P.O.D. so it could be shipped cross country. They were organized, responsible, professional, and expert. More than that, they demonstrated real empathy and care. I was extremely happy to pay them for their work. Not only did they take care of absolutely everything but they also helped me with complex particulars in a way that showed me they were worth their value. 10/10 will use again. 10/10 would recommend.

I just recently moved and used these guy... very friendly and helpful from start to finish. The move was big and I was concerned about a few pieces of furniture that were very large, old (antiques) and bulky, but they moved it like pros! Great work from the Ti-State team.

Very easy to work with from start to finish. The process to get a quote (and update after packing) it was painless and with quick responses. The movers that came the day of we're skilled and professional. They walked us through the whole process, carefully packed all of our things and we're super efficient. They were recommended to me by a friend who was also doing a move and I will continue to recommend them as well.

Arthur and his crew did an excellent job! They worked very hard! My move was complicated in that some of my furniture and belongings needed to be moved from a townhouse in VA to a townhouse in MD, and some furniture and belongings needed to be placed in storage in MD. Also, once the movers got to the townhouse in MD, they had to move furniture within the house before they could move in the furniture from VA. Arthur and his crew did a superb job, and they were very pleasant to work with! I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently used Tri State to move furniture to my Grandmother's house in D.C. and I have to say that these guys were pretty good overall. They were super friendly when they arrived at my Grandmother's house and the entire move went smooth from pickup to drop-off. I would use them again for sure.

Super impressed with the crew and team leader Sergio. They did my move, did not damage anything and were very efficient managing time. Movers have access to every belonging of a homeowner so trust is very important, I felt very comfortable with the team moving my stuff. They handeleled more technical items flawlessly. I would recommend this company to anyone. The hourly rate is less but I still felt like I was getting 1st Class service. Sergio was very knowledgeable and his assistant was excellent also.

I had to move out of my building because of water damage and I had to move the next day. I was in tears and I called them. A gentleman name Jeffrey picked up and went in detail about the process. He also told me that they offer storage which was amazing since I had to get my stuff out. He scheduled a emergency move for me. Next morning right at 9am a crew of 3 men showed up at my door. They were super super nice. They packed all my belongings properly and loaded it into the truck. They had all the tools and materials. The great part about the whole thing was that once everything was loaded that was it. I didn't have to do anything else. They took my items to the storage. 2 months later I called and scheduled a delivery to my new home and they brought everything back without any damage. This was the smoothest move I have ever done in my life. It was worth every penny. I appreciate that there are still good people and companies out there. I have already recommended them to all my friends and co workers. Thank you Jeff, Paay, Sergio and Erwin. I think I have spelled their names correctly lol:) 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 : ) ))))))))))))))))))

The crew arrived on time and on point. They are amazing in wrapping the furniture and handling fragile items. One guy on the team just was like Superman. I’ve never seen a crew so efficient. They should change the name of the company to efficient movers. Anyway my stuff is in storage with them while I go on a work trip. I will write a second review on the delivery.

This Company moved me for the second time and they did a fantastic job. The crew I had today was professional, on time and very helpful. I packed and moved my girlfriends home to another location in the DMV. Thanks for these guys the process was easy and hassle free. I will continue using them. This was not the first time I used a moving company. I contacted the company I searched for online. A great gentleman name Jeff answered and walked me through the whole process. He is very knowledgeable. He told me he's been doing this over 18 years and it sounded like it. He gave me a high end estimate which I asked for but our move came well below the original estimate thanks to Jeff in helping me over the phone on how to save money when you deal with a mover. The crew was fantastic and we cant say enough about them. We will definitely use them again and with recommend them to all our friends. They are by far the best in the area. Bravo !

This company was pretty good, thomas was very helpful on the phone and gave me a pretty accurate quote, didn't change much once they saw the job.They charged pretty much the same as everyone else but they did do the move fast, which was my main concern. Overall pretty good service, thanks.

TriState did a great Job! We had a 4-man crew to move our 4BR/3BA from MD to PA. Chris, Irwin, Juan, and Travell were excellent, quick, and very careful with our stuff. We were a self-pack, but they took excellent care in wrapping all of our furniture and large items, and everything showed up without a scratch! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and we will hopefully be using their services again when we have to relocate later this year! Thanks guys!

Me and my friend contracted Tristate moving and storage in rockville to movr our 3 bedroom house . I packed most of my items and tristate helped pack the rest . They did a wonderful job packing . They wrapped all of our heavy big items and moved it to our new home in potomac md . I cant believe they moved us in one day . Me and my family are very happy with their work and professionalism. I've already recommended Tristate moving and storage to friends. Juan and Erwin were exceptional. They arrived right on time, but I was running late so they didn't start the clock until I arrived. I simply gave them the keys to my storage unit and went to run some errands and met them at my place. They even took pictures of my storage unit once it was completely empty. At first I was skeptical about the method of using shrink wrap to move everything, but it seemed to make the move much faster, and it protected all of my belongings. I was also uncertain about the three hour minimum required when hiring these guys, but they busted their butts to get everything out of my unit and make the drive a couple miles away to unload everything in my apartment and even build my bed in just under three hours. Did I mention my unit doesn't have an elevator? That didn't slow them down either! I didn't have to lift a finger, even though I offered to help. When I needed help unloading a table from my personal vehicle, they helped unload everything in the car, even the groceries. I will never move my own things again--these guys did it in a fraction of the time it would have taken me to unload my storage unit and move into my new place had I coerced a friend to help!

I had the most amazing experience with this company. I lived in a 5 bedroom house in Chevy Chase MD. I hadn't moved for over 15 years so I had forgotten how to move so this was a huge pressure for me. I got this company by searching on google. I called and got a great gentleman on the phone. He gave great information regarding the company and process. He also scheduled me a in-home estimator to give me a more accurate Quote. They came over and gave me a very good quote. What really attracted me was that they do a multiple tasks that makes moving easy. They Pack, Move, Pianos, Antiques, TV's and more. I didn't have to call other companies for these services. On the day of the move the crews arrived on time and did all my packing and moving. Since we had a big house our move was split in two days. One for packing and second day moving. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. I got to hang out with a very pleasant hardworking crew. They were very helpful and didn't put any pressure on me and my wife. We are going to keep Tristate as our primary movers and we will recommend them to anyone. I give these guys 5 Stars and nothing less. Thank you !!

After filling out a few forms online I called Tristate from a postcard I received. I spoke to a gentleman name Tom and he was very helpful with all my questions. I talked with my husband and called back and Sandra locked my moving date for me. The crew showed on time and they were very professional. they helped pack my home and move it to the next location. They also helped me with a few fragile items and they did a great job making sure nothing happened to them. I recommended this company to my sister that moving in a few weeks. Great experience!!!

I chose this company over other similar quotes as the inventory questions I was asked when getting my quote were the most thorough. I was asked follow up questions that really helped me assess the size of my move and made me confident that I would not end up with any surprise up charges. Our delivery team of three arrived on time and worked quickly. They were all very professional and enjoyable to work with. The big move went until 7:30 pm and the movers encountered difficulties parking their truck on a narrow street to unload. Never did they complain or stop doing what needed to be done in order to get the job done, including moving a pile of trash bags out if they way. (They were careful to put on plastic gloves before going back to touching our items).

Fantastic experience! I called Natalie last minute to frantically see if they could move me ASAP after a disastrous experience with my other moving company and she was fantastic. Words can't describe the stress that these guys relieved from my shoulder. They are honest, reliable, and trustworthy. All I can say is.... They're AMAZING! The movers arrived to my house early and started the job right away (I didn't even get charged for the extra time).They were very respectful and communicated with us throughout the entire process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!After a long process of looking for the right moving company I got Tristate Movers number from a friend who had recently used them. My first initial contact was a phone conversation with Jeff. He was really nice and very informed when it came to the moving industry. He went through the whole process of answering all my questions which was very important to me. See my move is a little different from your average move. I had a three stop move before delivering everything to the final place. I also have a lot of fragile china and furniture. A lot of it has been in my family for hundreds of years so I had to get a moving company that new what to do with all of my stuff. I also needed a full packing job which they also provided. Well I went ahead and reserved a moving date. The big day finally arrived when 4 extremely nice gentleman arrived and started packing our home. The guys were very organized and helpful.. They packed all my china in the proper boxes and labeled everything. The next day two trucks and 6 men showed up on time to get started. I was so relaxed that I went to take care of some errands. By the time I got back most was loaded and ready for delivery. They also stopped at our other locations to pic up more items. I just cant say enough about my experience with this company. I know my move was on the high end side that need more of a white glove service and that's exactly what they provided. The price was very reasonable and they refunded some money back the next day since they finished earlier.
